Overview

Represents an EMR user - linking a practitioner to their role at an organization. This is the profile to use for EMR user accounts, not PolarisCorePractitioner which represents the person independent of roles.

Key Requirements

• At least one identifier must use Polaris naming pattern
• Required reference to the practitioner (Must Support)
• Organization where role is performed (Must Support)
• Locations where practitioner works in this role
• Human-readable text summary recommended
